Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service, reception, or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced or challenging situations.
